Spiced Apple Loaf
- 1 box spice cake mix
- 1 can (12 ounces) apple pie filling

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoons vanilla creamer or milk
- Heat oven to 350 F.
- In large bowl, mix cake mix and pie filling. If apple chunks in filling are too big, cut in half.
- In separate bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter and pecans. Grease loaf pan and put half the cake mixture in pan. Then put half the brown sugar mixture on top of cake mixture. Repeat with remaining ingredients and bake 1 hour.
- Toothpick inserted in center of loaf should come out clean when done. Gently remove from pan and cool on rack.
- Mix powdered sugar and cream or milk then drizzle over loaf before serving.
